What is Universality?
A score from 0 to 95 reflecting how cross-cultural and recurring a dream symbol is. Higher scores mark symbols (like Bird, Snake, Falling Teeth) reported across many cultures and centuries; lower scores mark culturally specific or rare symbols. It combines editor judgment and Hall–Van de Castle corpus signals.
Which esoteric traditions do you cover?
15 traditions: alchemy, hermeticism, kabbalah, magic and ritual, witchcraft and paganism, astrology, divination and tarot, occult philosophy, mysticism, theosophy, spiritualism, sacred texts, freemasonry, supernatural fiction, spiritual development and esoteric history.
Can I contribute a book?
Yes. If you have a rare public-domain esoteric text, use our author upload form. After review we digitise, catalogue and publish it for free.
Do you track readers or sell data?

How is the Library funded?
Dziga Dream Journal is independently run by Zakhar Chumak. It is supported by voluntary donations and, optionally, by Google AdSense ads. All books remain free regardless.
