Pen in Dreams

Pen appears in dreams as a compact instrument of agency. It is not merely a thing but a capacity made visible: communication, record, message, and the problem of what can or cannot yet be said. Objects in dreams often feel disproportionately important because they gather action, memory and consequence into something the hand can hold. The question is never only what the pen is, but what it allows, refuses, hides, protects or makes possible.
